Prototype Models

These low-fidelity prototypes document initial ideas for a live-able, sustainable installation: a circular interactive hub equipped with sustainable material panels to be used as immersive learning screens; a 360-degree aerial view of an upcycling studio that focuses on social engagement and creative reuse; and a vertical garden wall equipped with digital touch screens and organic design elements to monitor sustainability performance. 

The high-fidelity prototypes build on these ideas and give the designs a brushed appearance and greater functionality. The focal points include a modular circular hub made of bamboo, digital screens and a living wall that seamlessly integrates technology and nature; a tree-like central component made of recycled glass and bamboo, with touchscreens, solar lighting and a vertical garden; and a dome-shaped pavilion made of recycled glass and bamboo, with LED-lit pathways, upcycle stations and digital projection panels. These prototypes all combine sustainability, innovation and embodied experience.
